Every transaction on ToyCycleHub is protected. Here's exactly how your money and your listings stay safe.

1 · Your card is never stored on our servers

All payments run through Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Deliveroo, and Uber. ToyCycleHub never sees or stores your card details.

2 · Payouts only release when the buyer receives the item

When you buy a toy, your payment is held by ToyCycleHub. The seller is only paid out after Royal Mail confirms delivery — so if a parcel never arrives, the funds come straight back to you.

3 · 14-day window to flag issues

Item not as described? Damaged? Missing pieces? Open a dispute from your Transactions tab within 14 days of delivery. We'll mediate within 48 hours and refund eligible disputes in full.

4 · Verified Royal Mail tracking on every parcel

Sellers can't ship without a Royal Mail Click & Drop label generated through us. Every parcel has tracking — visible to both buyer and seller — so neither side can dispute that an item was sent or arrived.

5 · Reviews verify real transactions

Only buyers who actually completed a checkout can leave a review. No bots, no paid reviews, no fake five-stars. The Trust Score on every seller's profile reflects real behaviour.

Need to dispute an order?

Open your Transactions tab → click the order → "Dispute". You'll be asked for a description and up to 5 photos. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
